Huel Subscription Guide

Introduction

Huel subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also skip deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform a multitude of other actions with your subscription at any time.

We have created a how-to guide to show you how to access the many functionalities you get with your Huel subscription. The majority of these functions can be performed in your dedicated account area.

Create a subscription

To create a subscription, simply visit any of our Huel product pages and:
  1. Choose “Subscribe – 10% off
  2. Select the flavours and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to each flavour
  3. Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 4 weeks
  4. Click on Subscribe

This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.

Create an account

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Huel account.

You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.

Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your Huel account.

  1. Go to our account page. You can also access this page via the top navigation or hamburger menu on mobile.
  2. Click on the black "create account" button
  3. Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Password)
  4. Tick the box on the reCAPTCHA page to confirm you’re not a robot

You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.

You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive and much more.

Now you’re in your Huel account area.
Here you will be able to perform all actions related to your account.
You have quick access to the main functionalities of the account at the centre of the screen.
Subscriptions – manage your existing subscriptions
Order history – view your previous orders and subscriptions

On the left-hand side of the screen on desktop or at the top of the screen on mobile, you will also see:

  • Payment methods – manage your payment methods. Add, remove, and set as preferred
  • Referrals – refer your friends and you both get Kč 300 off on your next order over Kč 1,485
  • Sign out – log out of your account

Manage your upcoming delivery

You can manage all aspects related to your upcoming delivery in the "Subscriptions and Orders" section of the Account area.

To access this, click on "Subscriptions" at the centre of the screen, or "Subscriptions and orders" on the left-hand side menu on desktop or top-menu on mobile.

Open the subscription you want to manage by clicking on "View delivery". Here you can manage all aspects of your delivery.

Manage your delivery

You can click on "Edit" if you want to modify:

Flavours and quantities of your order.

Delivery frequency - the intervals at which your orders will be sent to you.

Dispatch date - the date when your next order will be sent to you.

Delivery address - where you would like to receive your order. You can either amend an existing address, add a brand new one, or select from a list or previously used addresses.

Then click "Update Subscription" to save your changes.

Skip a delivery

If you have enough Huel, or you simply want to take a break, click on "Skip" and we will not send you your next delivery and skip to the following. 

Cancel a subscription

If you no longer want to receive this product, click on "Cancel subscription".

NOTE: if you are subscribed to multiple products (for example, Powder, Ready-to-drink, Bars, etc.) you will have to perform these actions for each of the products. This gives you flexibility in case you want, for example, to receive your order of Huel Powder as usual and just want to skip a delivery of Huel Bars.

Add a new product to your subscription

If you want to add a new product to your next delivery:

  1. Open the delivery you want to add the product to by clicking on "View delivery" and click on "Add To Box".
  2. Select the product you want to add from our range by clicking on "Add to next delivery".
  3. Subscribe to the new product by choosing "Subscribe - 10% off" or receive it only once in your next delivery by choosing "One-time purchase".
  4. Select the quantity and flavour combination (if applicable).
  5. Select the desired Dispatch Frequency - the intervals at which your orders will be sent to you.
  6. Select your delivery address - where you would like to receive your order. You can either amend an existing address, add a brand new one, or select from a list or previously used addresses.
  7. Click Add
