Huel Essential is a nutritionally complete meal with the lowest initial outlay and most affordable price per 400 calorie meal of any Huel Powder. It is in a larger 2.25kg pouch with a different recipe to Powder v3.0 and Black Edition.

Huel Essential is made up of oat flour, pea and brown rice protein, milled flaxseed, tapioca flour, and sunflower oil powder. We also add a unique blend of 26 essential vitamins and minerals.

Huel Essential uses oat flour as the primary source of carbohydrates, this helps to release energy slowly. Huel Essential also has a large amount of protein, alongside a good amount of fibre which helps to slow the digestion and keeps you full.

Huel Essential is made at our state-of-the-art facilities in the UK. It’s produced in accordance with rigorous food production regulations.

The shelf life of Huel Essential is 12 months from production date if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. It’s 3 months if your pouch is open. Just reseal and store in dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight.
