All you need to know when it comes to preparing a Huel meal is that two level scoops of our core powders. But we realise that's not for everyone, so this is just a recommended serving size. If you're trying to shed some weight, simply use slightly less powder! Trying to build muscle and gain some weight? Add an extra scoop (or more!) to your shake.
