Huel Hot & Savoury is a range of nutritionally complete, plant-based hot meals, made with real whole food ingredients including rice, pasta, vegetables, herbs and spices. Simply rehydrate with boiling water, leave for at least 7 minutes, and you've got a warm and tasty meal ready to go!

Hot & Savoury Pouches were a multi-serve format offering seven portions of Hot & Savoury in one pouch. They presented challenges with uneven portions, making it difficult to achieve consistent servings and optimal taste or texture.

We transitioned to Meal Packs in December 2024 to ensure consistent servings, improved taste, and better overall experience. Our Meal Packs deliver perfectly portioned, consistent meals that are convenient and easy to use.

Huel Hot & Savoury is not a weight loss product – it’s nutritionally complete food. Depending on your goals, you can use it to lose, maintain, or gain weight, or to simply improve your diet. Every Huel calorie is already worked out, so there’s no need to calculate it. You can read more here.

Hot & Savoury contains a lot of the same core ingredients as the rest of the Huel range. This includes flaxseed, pea protein, cold-pressed sunflower oil, and an essential vitamin and mineral blend.

Unlike our original powdered meals, these are designed to be eaten hot and resemble traditional food in texture and flavour.
